Ariel was born and raised in downtown Toronto and has  spent most of her life involved in mindful movement. 

Ariel found the practice of Yoga in 2002 through local Iyengar Yoga classes and has since then studied Ashtanga Vinyasa at Downward Dog in Toronto and Mexico, Khalsa Way Kundalini Prenatal Yoga in Vancouver and became a Certified Pilates Instructor in London, England.  Ariel also studied Aerial Yoga and now leads Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainings in Toronto. Ariel is also a Certified Stott Pre & Post-natal/Total Barre Instructor.

In 2012, the experience of motherhood inspired Ariel to become more deeply involved with supporting women through the extremely transitional journey into motherhood. As a Core Confidence Bellies Inc Certified Instructor, she uses her education and personal experience to help assist women safely and effectively through inspired pregnancy and post-partum movement classes.

Ariel teaches a variety of classes, which focus on a creative flow, precise alignment and conscious breathwork. She aims to bring her students a sense of connection to themselves both in and outside of class. 

When not teaching, Ariel is dreaming about checking off the next destination on her bucket list :)
