The Mom Method Workshop is guided by Core Confidence Specialist Pre/Postnatal Movement Instructor Ariel Grace & Adrienne Cotê, Holistic Nutritionist & Doula. Invest in your own self- care as a new mama, learn effective ways to restore your body after pregnancy with safe and effective movement, nutrition and education.

You will learn:

  • Postnatal Yoga, Pilates & Barre inspired classes with baby
  • Optimal Nutrition for Postpartum Mamas
